EPITOMETHEBRAND has no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. we include ice packs and individually insulate packages that are being shipped to hot areas to prevent this. 

Once your order has been shipped EPITOMETHEBRAND is no longer responsible or liable. EPITOMETHEBRAND is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info
